Situated in the busiest square in Fuengirola, there are a number of shops businesses restaurants and offices nearby. There is also a large underground car park and the seafront is only a few minutes’ walk.

The Lower Floor is used mainly as a venue for private parties and functions. Again, it was part pf the refurbishment program and is very tastefully decorated with modern and attractive furnishing.
Approached via a marble staircase, there is space for 60/70 diners and there is also a lounge area with a very large and attractive chandelier which belongs to the freeholder of the building but will remain in situ if required. There is a lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table.
The bar has two beer taps, low level lighting, shelving for bottles and glasses, dump fridges and wine cooler.
There is a good size second kitchen which currently is unused but has fridge and freezer and an extractor.
The store room is of a very good size and has a staircase and rear street access.
