This very impressive large Spanish restaurant takes up three locals in the centre of Torremolinos, measuring over 150m2 inside, with a kitchen that even Gordon Ramsey would like. Situated on a corner plot with a terrace that runs round two sides that measures 50m2+ with seating for over 40 customers overlooking a main plaza in the centre of town. Close to children’s play area and plenty of underground parking near.
Inside there is a small but attractive wood panelled bar, with coffee machine, bean grinder, tapas display dishes, wine racks and a stainless steel bar top. The main area for eating can cater for 40 covers and there are half wood panelled walls, rustic floor tiles and ceiling fans. The kitchen that runs from the bar has a serving hatch to the dining area, stainless steel appliances such as dishwasher, 4 sinks, gas stove, plancha, extractors, grill, deep fat fryers, microwaves, chiller cabinets, freezer unit, fridges, meat slicer and plenty of preparation space. The is a separate storage area out the back with a useful street entrance, a storage area next to the kitchen with staff toilet/sink and upstairs there is a studio apartment.
