To the rear of the cafe bar you will find the long galley style kitchen. To the left houses all the fridges and freezers you would need for this type of business leaving the cooking area free to do all the preparations and cooking itself.

This area is located on the opposite side which is behind the bar and comprises an industrial cooker with 4 burners and a hot plate, 3 burner plancha, double fryers, full extraction, work benches and fridges. This area is suitable for any cafe style menu up to evening meals.
