Cosy Corner – La Carihuela, Torremolinos

We have recently purchased a lovely little bar in La Carihuela, Torremolinos through Fiesta properties. We wanted something on a very small budget that was ready to walk into and open! Although we thought this was a really big ask Fiesta Property found us our perfect place. They took a lot of time out to show us various properties some good …. some not so! ha ha.

We have only been trading a few weeks but are very happy with the response from customers, from how lovely the place is to what a beautiful location.

We would also like to thank Claudio for all his running around.

We would highly recommend Fiesta properties to anyone looking for a place. The commitment and time they provide is second to none as is the after sales. From pointing you in the right direction legally to setting up bank accounts and a lovely solicitor.

We approached Fiesta Property looking for a new venture in Spain and found them to be professional from start to finish and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They listened to what were looking for and found us a great business and somewhere to live. From the very beginning on our very first meeting Fiesta Property is very approachable and will tell you the ups and the downs of working in this business. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them and with their help we obtained our NIE numbers, bank account, and everything else that you need when opening a business.

Without them we could never have done it and would never got it all sorted and open as fast as we did! They are professional and efficient and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our search took us some miles where we were always accompanied by John who drove and Jane was always at the end of the phone. The after sales service is second to none. I still, nearly a year after our purchase occasionally pop into the office for advice which is freely given – (the only thing I would not recommend is John´s tea making abilities).
