If you prefer more of a town centre bar as opposed to front line, this drinks bar is very central in one of the largest towns on the Costa del Sol – Torremolinos!

Having an abundance of shops, banks, cafes, restaurants and bars, it is not surprising that people visit this area from all over especially as there is plenty to do. This area is also very cosmopolitan in its locals making this bar suitable for all nationalities.

The street terrace consists of wooden chairs and chrome bistro tables currently seating around 12 and complete with parasols for those wanting some shade.  

Entrance is gained via the wide door having windows either side which allows in plenty of light and air.

The main area is in good condition and comprises bar stool seating around the perimeter and bar plus fixed bench seating. There is a solid bar which houses a coffee machine and cashier till and the whole area is well lit.

The bar is licensed for drinks only but over the years a kitchen has been installed with full extraction.  

This would be great for a couple to run and with the bar currently open from 4pm only, there is plenty of scope to expand the business.
