Fabulous Wine Bar/Vinoteca in the very Centre of Marbella

This Fantastic bar opened in May 2019 by two partners, unfortunately the managing partner has decided not to stay in the business, leaving only a silent partner not based in Spain who has decided to sell it.

The bar has been recently refurbished to a very high standard

indeed with no expense spared at all.

The owner spent over 150.000€ on the refurbishment which included all new electrics, kitchen equipment, bespoke furniture, cctv and air conditioning making the bar fully compliant to todays regulations.

The premises is double fronted and looks over an attractive squre, it is accessed via a central door with large windows either side. There is a tiled floor, bespoke wine display cabinets, further wine chillers, high level tables and chairs plus further lower table seating as well as feature tables constructed from wine casks. There are feature decorations made from wine crates and modern lighting.

The bar has a display describing featured wines and shelving for gins and other spirits. It also has drinks chillers, a sink, a glass washer and computerized till.

The open kitchen is very well fitted again with top quality equipment including a 6 burner hob with oven and larger extractor above, a plancha, twin deep fat fryer, fridges and freezers, central prep are and hand wash basin. There is a separate store area and a washing area with sink, and dishwasher. In addition there is a rear access for deliveries etc.

There is a terrace outside with space for around 8 tables and there is further scope for a large terrace subject to consent which has already been applied for.

The cloakrooms have been fitted with high quality white suites.

In total there is currently around 120 m2 internally with another 8 m2 outside.

There is a 5 year renewable lease which is subject to a rental of 1.300€ plus iva per month.
