Fantastic cafe bar close to the seafront In Los Boliches

This fantastic Café bar is located in just behind the seafront in Los Boliches in a busy area.

It has two areas,

The bar has a huge amount of sporting memorabilia, which will remain as part of the sale. It is of good size with bar stools, beer taps, coffee machine, shelving for bottles and glasses glass washer, drinks fridges, wine racks, sink and cash till. There is a lounge area at the end of the bar with a large corner sofa and coffee tables.

There is a separate dining area decorated in a seaside theme is with tables and chairs for around 40 people having air conditioning, and a sliding window which can be open or closed from the bar helping to create an atmosphere and control the temperature it also has 2 large ceiling chandlers and wall photos and pictures.

The kitchen again has two areaas, one being a was area with double sink, dishwasher and the other being a cook and preparation area with twin deep fat fryers, 6 microwaves and shelving.

Outside the terrace has space for around 20 people.
