The floor is fully tiled and there are feature lights, a large bank of 4 TVs forming one screen, fish tank, ceiling fans and air conditioning.

The kitchen is open and on full display. It has a 6 burner range cooker, plancha, 2 deep fat fryers, chillers, fridges, and freezers, glass washer, dishwasher, microwave and large extractor.

The kitchen and ding areas are separated by the bar which has bar stools, high level shelving for bottles and glass hanging below, twin sink and dump fridge.

There is a good size separate store room with sink, dishwasher and high level storage.

The ladies and separate gentleman’s cloakrooms are fitted with modern suites and have disabled facilities.

Outside there is a small terrace with 6 barrel tables and seating for around 15 people.

In total there are 132m2 internally and 10m2 terrace.

The business is currently run by the owner with 4 full time staff, during busy periods (weekends and holidays etc) an additional 3 members of staff are called in.

There is a 10 year renewable lease which is subject to a current rental of 4176€ plus iva, and includes community charge. There is a a terrace tax of 300€ pa plus a toldo tax of 300€ pa.
