This music bar is located just off a busy square on the border of Benalmadena and Torremolinos in a town called Montemar and is just fifty meters from the beach front. Benalmadena and Torremolinos is one of the larger towns along the Costa del Sol and enjoys a year round trade with locals and tourists. It is a good destination for bars and restaurants, as well as cracking beaches. This music venue has been around for a number of years now and has built a solid customer base and is a must for tourists to have fun.

The bar is situated on a corner which gives it good visibility from either side of the road. Upon entering the lower terrace area which is at the bottom of the stairs, you will find a large sunny terrace which is half open and half covered by a fixed roof and shutters. The area is good, as it gives a cosy feeling and still lets the sun in during the day. The furniture is functional with a mix of tables and chairs, as well as high tables.

These are all weather proof, so no need to bring them in when it rains.

The entrance is made up of two large fronted glass doors which open onto the terrace with roller shutters for added security. Upon entering the venue, you will find a storeroom on the left which is currently used to store furniture, but was previously used as a cold kitchen.

The bar is also located on the left and stretches to the end of the venue. It has good seating around the front and ample storage on the back wall for drinks and decorations. The bar has everything you need for speedy service including a back bar area with glass racks and dish washer. There are also under counter fridges and preparation counters with a sink.

The toilets are located at the rear of the venue and have just recently been reformed to a modern standard. They have all the amenities required and one is dual used as a disabled toilet.

Too the right of the toilets is the dance floor and stage which hosts everything from bands to karaoke evenings. There is a full rig included which consists of a sound system and disco lights. The area is dual used, so can also be used for seating area. There is also a dividing half wall if you have a group party.

The games area is located in front of the dance floor and has its own entrance which leads out to the covered terrace. This area consists of a pool table, dart board and a couple of other social game machines.

This venue has it all and is a turnkey operation for a couple or someone with a small team. The mix of music and location make for a prime venue and surely will not be available for long. The owner is also happy to share the books at the time of viewing and assist in anyway after the sale if needed.
