Entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a beautiful curved marble and cast iron staircase.  This leads up to the mezzanine level and toilets.  The toilets are decorated in keeping with the style of the venue and have all modern amenities.  Opposite the toilets is a small dry goods store which is also convenient for storing cleaning supplies for the toilets.  The mezzanine level is built on an open platform that looks over the venue and through the large glass windows to the outside.  Two large pendants hang just over the railing to add that wow factor when enjoying the upstairs space.  The space is furnished with large plush sofas that were custom designed for the space and light throughout with recessed lighting and lamps.  The tiled floors almost flow into the custom wall paper that lets you know this is a purpose built entertainment space.  Adding to the area is also a full cover misting system for the hotter months.

Leading back downstairs, you are welcomed by three glass pained windows and the bar area come formal eating area.  The bar has been purpose built for cocktails and has a large wrap around changing colour LED drinks display.  There is also a professional coffee machine, under counter glass washer, sink, fridges and ample storage.  This is a professional built bar with control of the whole area from a small room adjacent to the bar.  The room houses all the lighting controls, professional audio and visual system as well as a 24/7 CCTV system and alarm.  This room also houses a champagne fridge and freezer.  The bar is surrounded by custom built bar stools and high top tables and chairs.  To the left of the bar is a small stage and cosy formal dining area which can easily be served by the barman.

The large commercial kitchen is the perfect setup for any professional chef and his or her team.  The menu currently consists of a Mediterranean styled menu but the kitchen is fitted to prepare for almost any cuisine.  The kitchen is fitted throughout with commercial stainless steel equipment which includes an ice maker, dish washer, microwaves, large popt wash and hand basin, fryers, range cooker, table top grill, flat top grill, three large under counter fridges, freezers and ample storage shelves and cupboards.  The kitchen is also mainly fitted with gas and has a fire protection canopy system.  Staff toilets are also located in the kitchen area.  Another bonus is there are two doors from the inside and outside areas that allow for a swift service.
