Beautiful Traditional Restaurant in Estepona Old Town

Situated in the very centre of Estepona, in The Old Town, this lovely traditional restaurant has been run by the current owner for well over 30 years and has received a number of tripadvisor certificates of excellence.

It is finished in a traditional Spanish style with timber ceilings, tiled floors and an array of traditional furniture and decorations and artifacts.

The period front door opens into the reception area with timber built bar having brick facing and timber top, it has a coffee machine, twin sink, glass washer, drinks fridges, and wine cooler.

There is a small office area with desk and shelving, and till.

The restaurant is divided in to various areas, main dining area, a beautiful inner courtyard with retractable roof, private dining area and small first floor function room with its own separate bar.

The kitchen is very well fitted with stainless steel appliances and has been well looked after. There is a large three burner range cooker with oven , further oven, plancha, deep fat fryer, preparation area with bain marie, dishwasher, twin sink, fridges and freezers, microwave oven, dumb waiter and large extraction unit.

There is a utility area on the third floor with washing machine, ironing area and storage space and a roof terrace.

There is a staff cloakroom with modern white suite.

The client cloakrooms are fitted with white suites and have traditional Spanish tiles.

The front terrace has space for around 20 people.

There will be a new 5 year renewable lease which will be subject to a rental of 1950€ per month.
